About the role
Operations is where the product meets the real city. You will work with gyms, studios and sports venues, help them use Fykli well and make sure members can book, check in and get support without friction.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being on the ground, solving problems quickly and turning repeated issues into better systems.
What you'll do
- Onboard new partner venues and help their teams understand bookings, check-ins and partner tools.
- Monitor daily operations, resolve booking or venue issues and escalate product bugs with useful detail.
- Visit partner locations, gather feedback and keep venue information accurate.
- Coordinate with support, marketing and product teams during launches, campaigns and peak periods.
- Track operational metrics such as availability, cancellations, response times and partner health.
- Create simple playbooks that make repeat work easier for the whole team.
What you'll bring
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, customer success, partner support, field ops or a similar role.
- Strong ownership, punctuality and comfort working with many small details.
- Clear spoken and written communication in English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards and mobile apps for daily tracking.
- Willingness to travel locally across Bengaluru as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience working with gyms, studios, sports venues, local businesses or marketplaces.
- A two-wheeler or comfort navigating the city independently.
- Basic comfort with CRM or ticketing tools.
