Every day, millions of people across India decide whether to move. Most of them want to. What stops them is rarely willpower. It's friction: a commitment they're not sure they can keep, a place that's too far away, a plan that falls apart because nobody else showed up.

We started Fit Choice World to remove that friction, around a simple idea: the fit choice should be the easy choice.

That idea needs more than an app. It needs the people who want to move, the venues and coaches who help them, and the trust that connects the two. India's fitness economy runs on independent gyms, studios and sports venues, run by people who love what they do and are often stretched thin. We want to build with them, not around them.

Fykli, our flagship brand, is where this begins. Everything we learn from it, about people, venues and cities, shapes what we build next.

We are deliberately building city by city, starting with Bengaluru and Mysuru. We would rather go deep, and know the neighbourhoods, the venues and the early-morning regulars, than go wide and shallow. Trust is earned one day at a time, and we intend to earn it.

We are also building for the long term. The habits we're trying to change took decades to form, and the infrastructure to change them will take years to build. We're comfortable with that. We would rather build an institution that lasts than a product that trends.
