We are building brands that need disciplined growth, not noise. You will plan and run acquisition campaigns, learn what brings high-quality members in and help the team understand what is working.
This role sits close to brand, product and city operations, so your work will connect creative, channels, landing pages, offers and local market feedback.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch and monitor paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant channels.
- Write campaign briefs, coordinate creatives and test offers, audiences and landing pages.
- Track CAC, conversion, retention signals and campaign quality, then share clear weekly insights.
- Work with product and engineering to improve tracking, attribution and funnel reporting.
- Support local launch campaigns, partner-led promotions and community experiments.
- Document learnings so growth gets smarter with every campaign.
What you'll bring
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital campaigns.
- Hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, campaign metrics and simple funnel analysis.
- Good writing instincts for concise ad copy, offers and briefs.
- A test-and-learn mindset, with enough discipline to stop what is not working.
Nice to have
- Experience with app install campaigns, local services, fitness or consumer marketplaces.
- GA4, Firebase, Looker Studio or basic SQL.
- Organic content, influencer or community campaign exposure.
