About the role
Our products need to feel effortless for people booking a workout, partners managing a busy desk and teammates running city operations. You will design across those journeys and help shape a design system that can support more than one brand.
You will work close to founders, engineers and operators, spend time with real users and turn messy workflows into interfaces people can trust.
What you'll do
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI for mobile and web surfaces.
- Improve core journeys such as discovery, booking, check-in, partner management and support.
- Run lightweight research with members, partners and internal teams, then turn findings into product decisions.
- Maintain reusable components, interaction patterns and visual standards across brands.
- Partner with engineers through build, QA and release so details survive implementation.
- Use product data and customer feedback to improve shipped experiences.
What you'll bring
- 1-3 years of product design experience for mobile apps, web apps or SaaS tools.
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio showing shipped or deeply explored product work.
- Good command of layout, typography, interaction states and responsive design.
- Comfort explaining design decisions and adapting them after feedback.
- Curiosity about operations-heavy products and the patience to understand real workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer marketplaces, fitness, local commerce or booking products.
- Design systems, motion design, UX writing or basic frontend understanding.
- Research experience with small businesses or operational teams.
